Dozer Blade Liner Inspected at 40,000 Hours

We inspected our dozer blade liner that was put into service in November 1999. After 40,000 hours of service, the blade shows little signs of wear. The years of wear had smoothed the surface to a mirror finish. The customer reported that they had experienced much less material hang-up than blades utilizing competitor's products.

Dozer Blade Liner

RPM's MK chrome carbide overlay makes excellent dozer blade liners. The hard, chromium carbide overlay polishes to a smooth surface that prevents material hang-up and allows material to be pushed faster than with other overlays.  The abrasion resistance ensures the blade has a long service life.
