Wear Liners

Liner failures can cost a considerable amount of time and money. RPM manufactures custom long-lasting wear liners specific to your use environment. Chute liners, mill liners, and journal liners are made in-house with our proven MK3 and MK5 chrome carbide overlays, then CNC cut and formed for a perfect fit.

Roll Wheel Shields Example

One of the application of RPM's wear liners is for roll wheel shields for coal pulverize mills. In this example, tungsten carbide tiles are strategically placed in extreme wear locations on the roll wheel shield. After 1.8 million tons of coal, the roll wheel shield show minimal signs of wear.
